ExOne: Q2 Earnings Snapshot – Miami Herald
NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa.
The ExOne Co. (XONE) on Wednesday reported a loss of $5.6 million in its second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 25 cents.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 22 cents per share.
The 3-D printer company posted revenue of $18.8 million in the period, which beat Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $15.6 million.
ExOne shares have climbed 82% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $17.28, a climb of 78% in the last 12 months.
