Alec Baldwin, ‘Rust’ armorer formally charged in Halyna Hutchins death | ENTERTAIN THIS!

The Santa Fe District Attorney’s Office filed involuntary manslaughter charges against ‘Rust’ actor Alec Baldwin and armorer Hanna Gutierrez-Reed.

“Rust” star Alec Baldwin and the movie’s armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed were officially charged Tuesday with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the October 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Prosecutors in Santa Fe, New Mexico, had taken nearly a year and a half to investigate the death, and announced on Jan. 19 that the two would face charges.

Hutchins died when a prop gun inexplicably loaded with a real bullet discharged as Baldwin pointed it at the camera, where Hutchins was seated, during a rehearsal on the Western set just outside of Santa Fe.

A book which you can not put down, with suspense unravelling slowly and keeping you intrigued as best as possible. Two of the best assassins against each other, both trying to stay a step ahead of the other while both are on a clock trying to avoid a bigger catastrophe. Who will out-do the other? The narration is impeccable and gives a very detailed visual of the story. You actually can visualize the story as if you are watching a movie and everything is unfolding right in front of you. Must read thriller by this author for the way it has been envisioned and carried out. Not once can you guess the real twist in the plot and when the Hit is going to happen. A big thumbs up for this one!

The characters are so well etched out, without the author dedicating a single page on the characterization, that they stay with you even after you have finished the book. There are so many layers to each character, just like real people and it all opens up slowly giving you glimpses in their life, their thoughts slowly and evidently. Will Robie is a US government assassin, who is the best that they have. He always follows orders and makes his kill. Tonight, he is out on a mission to kill a woman in DC, as he enters her house in to make his kill, he realizes that something doesn’t add up and he is not sure anymore whether to pull the trigger or not, but alas it’s too late. Before he can make sense of the whole situation, he finds he has gone from hunter to the one being hunted.
